New Course Enterprises serves as the lead developer on over 8,000,000 sqft of real estate, comprised of various communities including mixed-use, apartments, student housing, commercial, hospitality, condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, parks and open space.
New Course takes an especially long-term approach to development and acquires uniquely positioned greenfield land with durable demand drivers in close proximity. We take the projects from their most basic conceptual, predevelopment stage, all the way through design, annexation (if needed), entitlements, permitting, construction, stabilization, and operation. We only select projects which we would be happy to own for a long period of time after construction has concluded and that are located within cities with compelling long-term growth plans and recession-resistant demand drivers.
In conjunction with our real estate developments, we also have approximately 70 million kWh of renewable power systems under various stages of development. Utilizing a combination of photovoltaic panels and lithium-ion batteries, while closely monitoring emerging storage technologies for future implementation, our goal is designing on-site, commercial power systems which achieves the c ommunity’s sustainability goals, improves the community’s energy resilience, and lowers the power costs for the residents.
